Problem - 4 doctor practice, 65 employees, 2 locations serving the needs of children in the Dallas area had persistent reliability and performance issues. Previous IT service provider had left without turnover or documentation. System was very slow accessing EMR and Billing system from desktops and wireless Fujitsu Lifebook laptops.
